We have 5 cottages - which sleep from 2 to 14 people. The Mews is a stunning new barn conversion which is a lovely romantic hide-away for 2 people; Shepherd's Cottage is an old farm workers cottage that sleeps 6, while Spring Cottage also sleeps 6. Corner Cottage is detached and has 4 bedrooms and a games room and sleeps 8 people, and finally Lambside House, a splendid old Georgian farmhouse, sleeps 11 to 14 people in 5 bedrooms and is ideal for parties!

All our cottages are just a few minutes walk from the coast path and some lovely remote beaches, whilst the wilderness of Dartmoor is only a short drive away.

The wonderful Erme estuary and Mothecombe beach, with over 130 acres of sand at low tide, is just a couple of miles away.

Explore the nearby picturesque towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Salcombe or visit the historic port of Plymouth. Why not visit out of season and cosy down by a roaring log fire, or come and see the lambs in spring? Short breaks available November to March.

We put organic milk, fresh from our cows, in each cottage for guests on arrival.

Carswell is also the birthplace of the Well Hung Meat Company so our visitors can taste award winning organic lamb and beef.

All the cottages are well equipped with TVs, videos, washing machines, dishwashers etc and all have private gardens with table and BBQ. Cots and high chairs available on request.

Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement in Spring, Corner and Shepherd\'s Cottages.
