Come and stay in our elegant Georgian farmhouse with large rooms and sweeping staircases. Centrally situated for touring coasts and moors, return to our lovely peaceful garden and listen to the birdsong.

Situated in attractive peaceful area of Devon overlooking the woodlands of Killerton (National Trust) yet only 7 miles from Exeter.

Superb farmhouse breakfast locally sourced where possible including home made jams and marmalades.

Tea and home made cake served in the drawing room when you arrive.

Within easy drive of local villages with country pubs for meals.

Come and stay in our elegant Georgian farmhouse. We have a twin bedroom with a pair of Edwardian 3' 6 beds with very comfortable mattresses. There is a washbasin and the private bathroom is three steps down to a half landing. This room overlooks the woodlands of Killerton and the Culm Valley.

There is also a very large family room with a double bed and two 3' single beds. This room also has a washbasin and the bathroom is immediately opposite the bedroom door. This room is at the side of the house and looks over the garden with distant views towards Dartmoor. This room can also be used as a double or a twin room.

The drawing room is furnished with comfortable chairs and sofas. There is a television and video for guests use and also a good selection of books to suit all tastes. Leaflets advertising local attractions are also here and there are maps to borrow.

The dining room has views of the woods of Killerton. Evening meals are sometimes available with traditionally reared beef from a farm at Shobrooke.

There is a delightful garden with sitting areas to enjoy the scents of flowers and listen to the birdsong. Seeds and cuttings are sometimes available for guests to take home a reminder of their holiday.

From M5, leave at J28 (Cullompton) and follow the road to Killerton House (brown tourist signs). On the B3181, about 5 miles from Cullompton turn right over the motorway and keeping Killerton House on your left continue towards Silverton. Go through Ellerhayes and at Red Cross turn left signposted Hayne after half a mile turn left to Hayne. We are half a mile down the lane on the left.

From the East (A30/A303) leave at Daisymount and take the road towards Rockbeare, continue until you see a brown tourist sign to Killerton. Turn right to Broadclyst go through the village and turn right along the B3181. Turn left over the motorway and then follow the directions above.

From the West (A30) take the A377 towards Exeter and follow directions below.
