The apartment has a designated parking space at the front of the property.
No. 11 is located on the first floor, which is accessed via stairs or a lift. The apartment also includes an intercom. To the rear of the property there is a balcony from where the far reaching views across Paington and beyond can be enjoyed. There is a table and 2 chairs on the balcony.
