No. 5 Meadfoot Grange is a two bedroom apartment in a converted Victorian villa set in peaceful grounds, only a few minutes walk from the centre of Torquay. It is approached from a tree lined private drive to a reserved parking place for the apartment. The grounds are available for use by guests.
There is a pebbled patio area to the front of the property with a private entrance to the apartment. Guests can also gain access from the rear of Meadfoot Grange where the parking space is located. From here, there is a flight of stairs down the apartment. The L shaped hall, with wooden flooring, leads aroung the living/dining area.

The dining area has a large wooden table with six padded chairs in cream. The modern kitchen is fitted to a very high standard with a washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, oven with gas hob and hood, kettle, toaster and wine rack.

Both bedrooms are located off the hall. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, glass/wood bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a double bed and three drawer chest with mirror over.
The bathroom has a white suite comprising of a bath with telephone shower taps and a shower curtain, w.c., wash basin with mirror and shaver point and a towel rail.
