Porthleven is a wonderful location for walkers, birdwatchers and those seeking the quiet charm of an unspoilt fishing village. Porthleven is still a working port with a charismatic stone jettied harbour, around its cobbled quayside are friendly inns, cafes, restaurants and small shops. A comfortable semi-detached granite stone cottage well situated for access to the harbour and beach, Bluebell Cottage has split-level gardens and private off-road parking at its rear.

Extended over the years to provide a well-fitted kitchen, a utility room and a cloakroom, the ground floor also incorporates a traditional living room with a natural slate floor, feature granite stone fireplace for cosy open fires and an open beamed ceiling.

Narrow stairs lead up to blue carpeted bedrooms with windows softly draped in muslin. A door leads up to a small sunny courtyard decked with flower baskets and steps lead up to a small lawn with flower borders overlooked by a large paved barbecue patio and a long narrow section of lawn garden. A gate gives access to private parking for two cars.
