Bridge, a lovely old detached cottage stands beside the river Cober. Much thought and attention to detail has gone into the restoration to preserve its individual charm and traditional character. Exposed granite stone walls, antique pine cupboards and doors, beamed ceilings and an Inglenook fireplace with an attractive coal-effect gas burner set into a thick slate hearth add a rustic appeal to its interior.

Immaculate throughout, the cottage is cosy and welcoming, an excellent choice for those seeking the convenience of a town location. The river flows directly beside the garden (please be careful with toddlers) providing a wonderful opportunity for young anglers, leaving you free to relax in the pleasant lawn garden, which extends to a third of an acre.

Helston, an ancient Stannary town, is famous for its Flora Dance (May 8th). There is a park approximately 400 yards away with a boating lake and a childrens play area. Beyond this are lovely walks through the National Trust Penrose Estate to Loe Pool and the coastal walk to Porthleven. There is parking on the drive for two cars.
