Conveniently tucked away beside a footpath, Peg's lies in a row of white washed cottages, just yards from the beach. An old fisherman's cottage, it has been refurbished into a popular holiday home. Open beamed ceilings and timber-clad walls add appeal and character to its cosy interior.

The comfortable open plan living room has a wellfitted kitchen and dining area at one end, and there are partial sea views from the conservatory and most windows.

There is a small paved patio area around the conservatory and parking can usually be found nearby. Porthleven is an excellent holiday destination boasting a long sand and shingle beach stretching to Loe Bar, restaurants, cafes, friendly pubs and shops around the busy harbour. There are good walks along the scenic coastal footpath and beside the lake through the National Trust grounds of Penrose House and there is much of interest for all tastes to visit in the neighbourhood.
