This is one of a pair of cottages that are 250 years old. They are situated in a secluded spot amidst the lanes and countryside about 11/2 miles from Breage where there is a friendly pub serving excellent food. The cottage, which has been completely renovated, is furnished and equipped to a good standard.

It is basically open plan with the stairs going out of the beamed living room up into the bedroom. There are country views as the cottages are surrounded by farmland. There is a Post Office and shop, open 7 days a week, at Godolphin approx. 1 mile away where the 'Godolphin Arms' serves good food and have an interesting lunchtime and evening menu. The nearest beach is either at Porthleven or Praa Sands where there is also a very friendly 9 Hole Golf Club.

The market town of Helston, well known for its annual Flora Dance (May 8th), is about 4 miles. There is an attractive, enclosed garden and space to park in the drive. This is the perfect location for those who enjoy walking and gives great access to Helston, Falmouth and Truro.
