The ground floor is almost entirely open plan with a large seating area with two 3 seater sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. This leads into the dining area with I-pod dock and large oak table.The fully equipped kitchen runs off to one side from that. The kitchen includes a fully integrated fridge/freezer, 5 halogen hobs, microwave, fan assisted oven and dishwasher all by Smeg. French doors lead from the dining area onto the decking with its Weber barbecue, table and chairs.
The ground floor also has a cloakroom and utlity room with a Bendix washer/dryer.

There are two double bedrooms on the first floor. The master suite with King size bed, en suite shower room, dressing area, TV and Plantation Shutters is to the front .To the rear is the guest bedroom, also with a King size bed. Next to that is the family bathroom with a large bath and hand held shower, plenty of fluffy towels and space to clean the children after a sandy day out!
The second floor has another large bedroom presented as a twin but capable of accomodating 3 single beds. Lastly the smaller porthole room with it's velux which is ideal for children and has one single or can become twin. There is also a separate cloakroom on the second floor.
