Rylands Farmhouse

Rylands farmhouse is a stone and slate 3-bedroom property with two full bathrooms and a small en-suite. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for five to six persons. In winter months we provide oil and logs. It has period furniture and full oil central heating. The cosy interior is full of character and there is a wealth of features throughout.



Briefly the newly refurbished (2008) accommodation provides:

Kitchen/ Diner
Beamed ceilings
Range of units with integrated cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with icebox.
Solid Oak refectory table seating six

Bedroom two has lovely exposed roof timbers, (mind your head)! This room has a double bed.

Rylands Cottage

This beautiful stone and slate cottage is the perfect hideaway for two. Its romantic sensual feel is perfect for that special break. Its spacious and delightful interior has beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace with a wood-burner. There is full oil fired central heating. We provide logs and oil in the winter months. Refurbished for 2008.

Kitchen Complete with microwave, cooker, hob, and a full inventory of utensils and appliances.
A small utility area houses a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.
Lounge Spacious and comfortable with leather chesterfields and deep pile carpets. TV, DVD with Free-view. Oval dining table and chairs.
Downstairs Bathroom Bath with shower over, WC and Basin.

Upstairs
The bedroom is very spacious and has open A frame beams. Off this room there is an en-suite with wc and basin. This bedroom is equipped with a TV and leather king size bed.

Outside A private area of garden is available for guest own use with BBQ and garden furniture.
