OUTSIDE

This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as allocated car parking space to the front of the property. No. 2 is a ground floor apartment with a couple of steps to the communal entrance. The apartment is available all year, and central heating (for those cooler winter evenings) is included.

LIVING

The spacious open plan living/dining room provides views straight across Porth from a large bay sash window which is overlooking the beach. With a beautiful Victorian high ceiling the apartment enjoys a light and airy feel. The apartment has been finished to a high standard with a comfy modern feel with a beautiful designer 4 seater sofa and chair with matching occasional furniture. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen 32 inch TV with DVD player, books, games and DVDs. A telephone is included for emergency calls only.

DINING

The dining area is situated within the large bay sash window with the beach views. It features a beautiful wooden table and 4 chairs superb for dining. The well appointed kitchen is open plan ensuring that guests are together on their holiday. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob along with kettle, toaster with all glassware, crockery and cutlery needed.

SLEEPING

The roomy and well appointed master bedroom at the rear of the apartment features a double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps. Large double sliding wardrobes offer plentiful storage with a large mirror on the front of wardrobe.
The second bedroom features twin beds with matching decor to the master bedroom with 2 bedside tables and bedside lamps, again with a double sliding wardrobe and a large mirror.
The main family bathroom has a white suite with shower attachment, massage shower with 5 body jets in the shower cubicle, w.c, wash basin, ladder style chrome towel rail and mirror.
