The spacious site layout, large grounds and surrounding beautiful country side make the location perfectly tranquil and an ideal base for exploring the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also a World Heritage Site. And the Manor’s location, being on the Devon and Cornwall border, means that there is a perfect opportunity to discover the best of both counties.
During July and August a number of day trips can be booked via the reception including canoeing, moorland walks and rock climbing on near by Dartmoor.

No. 8 is a located a short walk to the on-site facilities and there is plentiful communal parking. Please note there are a few steps in the grounds around the property.

LIVING

The open-plan living area is comfortable and airy with a large, front facing window, with the main door leading onto a paved area complete with patio furniture and views over the park. Internally, there are two comfortable sofas, coffee table and a TV. The hallway leads to the ground floor bedrooms and there is also a large storage cupboard with ironing board and iron.

DINING

Leading off from the living area is a kitchen diner, with a large dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with spacious work surfaces, an electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a full range of utensils and crockery.

SLEEPING

The master bedroom has a double bed with two bedside cabinets and a wardrobe and dressing table and stool with mirror above.
The second bedroom has twin beds with a central bedside table. There is a wardrobe with drawer space and a separate chest of drawers.
Bedroom three features twin bed with a bedside 5-drawer unit. There is large wardrobe with integral drawers.

There is a separate WC with washbasin, with the family bathroom featuring a bath with electric shower over, and also a washbasin and heated towel rail.
