Badham Farm has excellent on site facilities with a well stocked fishing lake for those interested in the sport, full size tennis courts, putting green, outdoor badminton court, Woodlands walks, children’s play area, animal and bird paddock which the children can help with daily feeds, a new gym with a full range of equipment and a jacuzzi for relaxing afterwards (small fee for private hire), large games room for the children, separate bar with bar billiards open every evening, barbecues supplied and a picnic area for a great al-fresco experience.

The sandy beaches and stunning walks of the North and South are easily accessible and the beautiful fishing port of Looe with its family beaches, diving and deep sea fishing trips and many good restaurants and old traditional pubs are only a short drive away (3 miles).

Rather than driving into Looe, many guests use the railway as Badham Farm has a station on it's doorstep - Causeland Halt - providing a scenic trip down to the sea with no parking problems.

LIVING

The Dairy features a large lounge which benefits from original features with the slate flooring, stable door and the original Cornish bread oven which is a comfortable area to relax which includes two three seatee sofas for comfort and entertainment is provided by the TV, video, stereo and DVD player.

DINING

The dining area is ideally located adjacent to the kitchen which features the beautiful original oak stripped floor with a large wooden table and eight chairs perfect for dining in. The large cabinet stores many games and books to enjoy. The garden is a perfect retreat for al-fresco dining with a decked area with fantastic views over woodland which features 2 loungers and table with chairs and a parasol.

The fully fitted kitchen has recently been refurbished to a high standard which features integrated appliances such as electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and full set of cutlery and crockery complete the facilities. The kitchen also enjoys the views over the woodlands.

SLEEPING

The large main family bedroom is great for families with young children which features a double bed with two singles and benefits from a ensuite bathroom. Storage is provided by two large wardrobes and 2 bedside tables and lamps with a free standing full length mirror complete the facilities.

The ensuite to the main family bedroom features a bath with shower attachment, WC, wash basin and mirror which has been fully modernised.
The second bedroom features fantastic original beams, double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, small dressing table with mirror and a single wardrobe for storage.

The bathroom which is adjacent to the second bedroom features a shower cubicle with power shower, WC, wash basin and mirror which has also been fully modernised.

The third bedroom is ground floor bedroom which benefits from a vanity unit with basin which features a double bed, 2 bedside drawer units with bedside lamps. Storage is provided by a wardrobe and drawer unit.
