A family run B a B built within the ancient walled garden once belonging to Kelly Manor in a tinyrural hamlet nestled between the Lyd a Tamar Valleys on the edge of Dartmoor.

The house is surrounded by 1/3rd acre gardens with Koi pond a aviary. All rooms have Tea and Coffee making facilities, colour TV, toiletries and central heating. Home cooked food using local produce and our own fresh free-range eggs and homemade preserves.

Three course(set menu)evening meals an optional extra. An ideal base for touring Devon a Cornwall easily accessable from the A30. Two for one Golf vouchers included for West Country Golf Courses. Secure parking. We are a NO SMOKING property. AA Three Diamonds Member of DTA a TAVATA

The unique walled garden offers total privacy and tranquility. Birdsong, the buzzing Honey Bees or an occasional splash from the Koi in the pond the only sounds to break the peace and quiet. The view from Kelly is stunning. With views of Dartmoor to the East and Bodmin Moor to the West and only undulating fields and valleys in between.

Kelly is situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Tamar Valley. The Lyd Valley is close by with it's famous Lydford Gorge. Although Kelly is a rural hamlet the ancient towns of Tavistock and Launceston are only a few minutes drive away.

The North and South coasts are only 1/2 hour drive and the Eden Project is an easy 45 min. drive. We are surrounded by National Trust properties and Gardens and many other attractions for all ages. An ideal base for touring Devon, Dartmoor and Cornwall, moving around is easy with rarely a traffic-jam.
