Welcome,

Built over 300 years ago, Bulland House is a traditional Cornish Farmhouse, full of character and charm, tastefully modernized and presented as high quality bed and breakfast accommodation for discerning travelers to this exquisite, un-spoilt area of South East Cornwall.

We are open all year round and offer 2 large bedrooms, one double on-suite, the second a twin-bed with adjacent private bathroom. Full central heating and fresh organic faire add to the overall experience of quality and comfort.

We are located on the A374 from the Torpoint ferry (approx. 2.3 miles) down our own 140 yard driveway and lie within a one acre woodland garden,very close to the Tamar Estuary. The house is within the Antony Estate which contains the magnificent Antony House Stately Home, in National Trust Ownership, well worth visiting for not only the house but also, the beautiful gardens.

Your hosts, Elke and Clive Owen have many years experience serving the public, and Elke's passion for cooking organic, freshly prepared, locally sourced food is a real advantage to our guests. We really enjoy having guests stay over, and we guarantee you will have a very pleasant stay.

Cornwall can be very busy in the Summer, and the area immediately around Bulland is justly called Cornwall's un-spoilt 'forgotten corner' as, although popular with many visitors, it never feels crowded, whatever time of year you visit. Whitsand Bay, Rame Head and the villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are all very close, this truly is the 'jewel in Cornwall's crown'.
