Approached by an unmade lane and an impressive sweep of gravelled driveway the serene tranquillity of a secluded rural setting away from the stresses of everyday life holds an unrivalled appeal. Set around a courtyard featuring an attractive raised fish pond with a beautiful horse statue as a centerpiece it is hard to conceive that this was once a site of old run down farm buildings. An imaginative transformation has created two delightful holiday homes and a fine owners' residence. Wide stable doors lead into the properties and an internal inspection will reveal high vaulted ceilings with beams and rafters, pristine white walls and natural timbers all combining to add a light and airy aspect to the well planned accommodation. Tasteful furnishings and bright fabrics produce splashes of colour against a light and restful decor. Very comfortable and well equipped, these hideaway retreats offer the freedom to roam over two acres of land bordered by a gently flowing stream, lawned gardens and provide an opportunity for peaceful relaxation. A lovely feature is a landscaped wildlife pond, (owners request that children be supervised at all times), beyond which a playing field, with basketball and volleyball (balls not provided), is ideal for impromptu games. Not far from the sea, a leisurely walk along a quiet footpath will take you to the little village of Bolingey, which lies just beyond the resort of Perranporth. Renowned for its wonderful beach of golden sand and scenic coastline, this popular holiday town is only two miles away. Here you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and a challenging golf course. A wide range of holiday attractions are easily accessible, and both Newquay and Truro are within seven miles. Cars can be parked in the gravelled parking area by the entrance to the courtyard or in the car port. Each property has its own garden for the tenants use. ACCOMMODATION: Well fitted Kitchen/diner. Lounge (with divan for extra person). Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, basin and W.C. Bedroom with 4'6 bed.
