Parc Brawse Cottage is a ground floor apartment within a 17th Century Cornish Cottage, refurbished and extended with a modern finish and offering spacious accommodation, comprising:
2 en suite bedrooms with bathroom and shower room, Lounge with sky TV (all channels at no extra cost), DVD, electric stove and music centre, a fully equipped kitchen/diner, pantry and utility room with automatic washing machine and drying facilities. Outside is your own attractive, enclosed garden facing South and East with garden furniture, lawn and mature planting. At the rear of the cottage is a gravelled area with rotary washing line.
The cottage overlooks Britain's most southerly point and as such has the most wonderful uninterrupted rural and sea views, the coastal path and sea is 400yds away and the famous Lizard Light house is seen 1/2 mile away, with beautiful sandy beaches, stunning walks and breathtaking scenery on your doorstep, it is hard to think of a better location in Cornwall.

The Lizard is one of the most popular destinations in Cornwall, located on the end of the Lizard Peninsula, it benefits from a climate of it's own which allows the growth of a massive range of Flora not seen anywhere else in Britain. With sandy beaches and beautiful coves, the Lizard has been left largely untouched, partly due to much of it being safeguarded by the national trust.
Visit the world famous Kynance cove only a short walk away, with it's spectacular beaches and cliffs. It also hosts a cafe, car parking and all the facilities required for a great family day by the beach.

Walk parts of the South West Coastal path, only metres away, you will certainly see seals, if your lucky, basking sharks and dolphins, as well as a huge range of wildlife.
The wild flowers are a sight to behold on their own, covering vast areas of cliff top, they form huge swathes of colour.
The Lizard itself is a thriving village with shops and places to eat. A perfect place for a stress free holiday.

The rest of Cornwall:
Because the Lizard is on the end of the Lizard Peninsula, when viewed on a map it looks as though the Lizard is too far from the rest of Cornwall to use as a base. In fact you can get to the furthest parts of Cornwall from the Lizard within an hours drive time, most areas are within 30- 45 minutes drive. The A3083, which is the main road to and from the Lizard is excellent and direct, Helston is the nearest major town and is only 10-15 minutes away.
