Comfortably furnished the open plan living room incorporates a well equipped kitchenette and dining area. Stairs lead down towards a four poster double bedroom and light and airy twin room with large shower room leading off.

An outside bathroom with shower over offers convenience for those coming in from the river. The restaurant and bar of the nearby Yacht Club is available for use and the Trengilly Wartha Pub in the nearby village of Constantine offers a highly recommended bar and restaurant menu.
