The grade 2 listed cottage is approximately 175 years old and is constructed in traditional Cornish granite and was a typical fisherman's home. Various building works and modernisation have taken place over the past 35 years, including converting a ground floor store room used for net making etc., into a very comfortable lounge. This room has an open fireplace constructed with three large slabs of granite, exposed granite wall and with open beamed ceiling. You enter the cottage into the dining room with pleasant beamed ceiling and the kitchen is off of this. From the dining room there are open plan stairs leading to the two bedrooms and bathroom. At the end of the landing another staircase leads down to the cosy lounge which can also be accessed from the ground floor. Outside is a small communal courtyard garden with bench seat and a washing line. No hidden extras - All linen and towels as well as heating and lighting included in rental.

The property is situated just 3 miles west of Penzance which is the terminus for the train and there is an excellent bus service every 30 minutes.
