hamlet of Tresean half way between the
seaside villages Crantock and Cubert on the North
Coast of Cornwall. Located just
5 miles from Newquay and its excellent transport
links, this traditional Cornish cottage has been
lovingly restored to a high standard and provides
the perfect location for your west country family
holiday.

Surrounded by beautiful National Trust countryside
and within walking distance of the idyllic Polly
Joke beach, the cottage sleeps 4 and offers a
spacious ground floor with separate lounge, dining
room, kitchen, wooden conservatory and outside
space with a slate patio with bbq, wooden deck and
a raised grass garden. A cot and high chair can also be provided for little ones.

The villages of Crantock and Cubert offer all
local amenities including general stores,
excellent bakeries, a post office and several
reknown pubs and restaurants. Also nearby is
Holywell Beach, all beaches offer great surfing,
stunning walks and dramatic coastal scenery.

Parking available for 2 cars. Sorry no smoking or
pets please.
