Utility Room: with large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bathroom: (downstairs) new suite of bath with shower over, washbasin, w.c. and heated towel rail, shaver point.

Bedroom 1: (upstairs) with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, clock/radio and hairdryer.
