Polmena House B&B guests are offered a warm welcome and a comfortable stay in spacious ensuite B&B accommodation. Landscaped gardens surround the house and there is ample parking on the drive. There are two double bedrooms, one of which can be a comfortable twin and both are fully equipped with flatscreen tvs and drinks tray. The Balcony Suite is a very large double room with a superking or twin bed with its own lounge area and balcony with stunning views down the valley to the River Fowey estuary. The Paddock double is an attractive ensuite room with views of our paddock, Lostwithiel & Restormel Castle. Delicious Aga-cooked breakfasts using local produce are served in the family dining room. Downstairs there is also a pretty guest sitting room with small fridge for guest use.

Polmena House B&B is located just a mile from Lostwithiel towards Lerryn along a quiet Cornish lane. Stunning views from all bedrooms of either the River Fowey or Lostwithiel & Restormel Castle a mile in the distance. Ideally located to visit the Eden Project (6 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the National Trust Lanhydrock House & Gardens.

On A390 from Plymouth turn left (from St Austell direction turn right) at the 'Lostwithiel Welcomes You' sign and left again at the small crossroads signed Lerryn/St Winnow. Follow road for less than half a mile and turn right at signpost Polmena/Newham. Follow this lane for short distance and then take left fork signed Polmena House - in a few yards you will reach Polmena House gates on the right hand side.
